Project objective
Strengthening the capacity of the Cluster Coordinator for Innovative Technologies in Manufacturing "Cinnomatech" by introducing R & D and innovation support services, including 3 new:
- support the development of production management competences based on games seriousus games - MasterFactory,
- evaluation of the nature of business processes of the organization - service of digital transformation of enterprises,
- comprehensive conformity assessment and readiness for green transition (GRASS) - a service to support green business transformation and 2 improved services:
- animation of cooperation between the Cluster Members based on the AWPCK system,
- animation of R & D projects based on the use of PAPBR Platform.
The services will be addressed to current and future Cluster Members, including companies, scientific institutions and business environment institutions (industrial parks, entrepreneurship zones), whose needs include:
- search for new outlets and customers.
- Joint action on innovation, research and technological development.
- exchange of experience, transfer of knowledge, cooperation with other companies within the Cluster,
- preparation for changes in the company including in the area of green transformation,
- cost optimization, efficiency of production processes.
The services referred to above fall within the following strategic areas:
- transformation towards the future industry (Industry 4.0), including digital transformation,
- green transformation, including transformation towards a circular economy (GOZ) and a low carbon economy;
- development of modern education.
The project will carry out 2 tasks:
- Developing the concept of providing innovative services and testing them and implementing them,
- Purchase of WNiP necessary to provide cluster members services
The project is fully in line with the strategic objectives of the Cluster set out in the application for KKK status:
- Number of expert and advisory services for cluster companies - 3 new and 2 improved advisory services will be implemented as a result of the project,
- The number of innovations implemented by Cluster companies in the area of robotization, automation and material technologies - as a result of services supporting digital transformation and green enterprises will implement innovative solutions to their businesses,
- The number of partnerships created within the cluster, cooperation centres for Green Economy - the service of animation of BR projects will be improved, which will translate into the creation of partnerships.
Expected effects:
- 5 specialized SaaS services (Business Process Assessment, GOZ, Cooperation Animation, R & D).
- Increase in Cluster revenue by 20% thanks to the new offer.
- 1 supported clusters (96 enterprises).
