In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the ‘GDPR’), acting on behalf of and for the company under the company: Association of Innovative Technology Clusters in Manufacturing with its registered office in Wrocław (address: 52-326 Wrocław, ul. Eugeniusz Kwiatkowskiego 4, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, conducted by the District Court for Fabrical Wrocław VI Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000412918, NIP: 8982199696; REGON: 021836239, please inform that:

  1. the administrator of your personal data is the company: Association of Innovation Technology Cluster in Manufacturing with its registered office in Wrocław (address: 52-326 Wrocław, ul. Eugeniusz Kwiatkowskiego 4, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, conducted by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław 6th Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000412918, (hereinafter: ‘Administrator’);
  2. Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes on the basis of your consent based on the content of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
  3. Your personal data will be stored until your consent is revoked;
  4. the recipients of your personal data will be those entitled to obtain personal data under the common rules and entities cooperating with the Administrator in the provision of marketing services;
  5. you have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to correct them, delete them or limit processing, and the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  6. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
  7. the provision of personal data is voluntary;

In addition, consents are granted on the basis of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (codification: Dz. U. 2002 No. 101 item 926 as amended) and in addition as regards the consents to receive commercial information electronically based on the Act of 18.07.2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
