Who are we?

Employers' Union Green Business Responsibility Initiative (IZOB) was created on the initiative National Key Cluster of Innovative Technologies in Manufacturing in cooperation with the Union of Employers Business Centre Club (BCC).
Our mission is to create standards for Green transition, circular economy and digitalisationthat support companies in building competitive advantage, reliability and business resilience.

Our Pillars

Digitalisation and automation

We show how digital technologies (AI, IoT, automation, blockchain) support GOZ – they close rounds, increase efficiency and open new opportunities for business.

ESG and reporting

We standardise reporting and support the implementation of ESG practices so that companies comply with EU regulations and build a competitive advantage based on accountability and transparency.

GOZ and Green Transformation

We support companies in moving from linear to circular economy – re-use of raw materials, waste minimisation and innovative business models for industry.

Dialogue and advocacy

We represent the interests of entrepreneurs in dialogue with the government and the EU, providing substantive recommendations and ensuring that regulations promote real business transformation.

Standardisation

Developing common meters and procedures that make it easier for companies to report ESG, implement GOZs and digitise processes.

Impact on regulation

Active participation in legislative work (Social Dialogue Council, KPO Monitoring Committee) and provision of substantive recommendations to the administration.

Integration of companies, clusters and industry organisations that together build the competitiveness of Polish industry.
