Formicro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from all over Poland, from the industrial processing sector and production services which have closed at least 5 full financial years.

We will help to develop a comprehensive plan that includes:

• a prescription for the maximum, physical reduction of your company's energy consumption and emissions, by improving energy efficiency,
• renewable energy sources that we can use in your company,

NEW SOURCES AND PROCEDURES We will show you how to modernise your technological processes to achieve sustainable savings and reduce emissions to a maximum. We'll also examine the possibility of changing fuels. We will propose what renewable or low-carbon energy sources best invest in.

LEGAL AND FINANCIAL METHODS We will advise you on how to finance your strategy, offering it to implement, among others, with funding in the ESCO model. We will advise on how to compensate for emissions that cannot be physically reduced, given current market developments.

Green transformation is not only a regulatory requirement, but, above all, a chance to strengthen the business model permanently. Reporting standards (ESRS, GRI) and ESG rules redefine the rules of the game in the economy — the circular economy (GOZ) is at the heart of these changes as a key to reducing risks, increasing innovation and resilience of business. Business Process Nature Assessment (BPNA) is a diagnostic service to identify and classify organizational processes in terms of their unpredictability and intensity of knowledge. This makes it possible to develop a strategy for managing processes that are appropriate to their nature, thereby increasing the efficiency, resilience and innovation of organisations.
