Description of company activities

SIMP is a voluntary, democratic, self-government and permanent social utility organization, bringing together engineers and mechanics technicians of all specialties and related professions.
SIMP is a scientific-technical creative association whose aim is to use the intellect of its members, the riches of nature, to create a climate of mutual solidarity, as well as to ensure the economic development of the country and the security of the Republic of Poland.

Objectives of the SIMP

• promoting science, technology and promoting culture and good morals,
• improving the professional qualifications of members,
• creating a forum for the exchange of information on science and technology and economic and social issues;
• care to respect the ethics of professional engineers and technicians,
• popularising the achievements of science, technology, economy and the creators of these fields,
• representing and defending the professional and personal interests of its members,
• developing mutual and professional ties,
• care of the monuments of technology and material culture, care of the environment,
• promoting the idea of humanisation of technology and association activities.

Services offered

SIMP Services:

• the granting of professional powers,
• training activities and cooperation with educational authorities in the development and opinion of curricula and teaching methods,
• organisation of congresses, conferences, conferences, readings, competitions, exhibitions, shows and training and technical trips - domestic and foreign,
• facilitates the professional start of young engineers and technicians and takes care of seniors of the Association,
• organisation of cultural and entertainment events,
• award of badges and awards
• creating scholarship funds and providing mutual assistance,
• facilitate professional practice and contacts with specialists,
• assigns professional qualifications and degrees of studies to perform specialised activities,
• conduct qualifying procedures to obtain professional specialization degrees,
• assists in the handling of applications for registration in the FEANI register and in obtaining the title of EUR INN,
• organizes entertainment events like bike racing, shooting competitions.

In addition, SIMP supports scientific and technical creation, cooperates with other scientific organisations and associations in the country and abroad, cooperates with government and local government authorities in creating or consulting development programmes and new technologies of interest to SIMP, conducts activities for standardisation, certification and development of technical and economic expertise.
