Description of company activities

The Pioneer Cooperative was founded in 1951 and has been a supplier and manufacturer of high-quality metal and plastic components for the automotive industry for years. The company specialises in the production of pressed elements such as lids, handles, brackets and mounting parts, as well as in providing coating services for surfaces with powder paints of elements manufactured in its own capacity and products entrusted. Among the technologies used by the Cooperative, include tanning and point welding with welding machines up to 190 kVA, powder coating including defatting and surface phosphoring technologies, as well as making tool moulds for pressing metal elements with in-centre presses with pressure from 25T to 400T and hydraulic presses with pressure from 160T to 250T.

Services offered

We produce metal embosses, i.e. brackets, lids, tiles, but also small plastic elements. In addition, we provide powder painting services (the process includes defatting and phosphate) and machining.
