Description of company activities

Finance for Companies is a business to business advisory firm. For 10 years we have been supporting entrepreneurs in acquiring funds for the development of companies. Our customers are small and medium-sized companies, as well as global companies. Our achievements to date are:

• more than two hundred advisory projects,
• several dozen grants in various EU programmes,
• 30 projects for investors in special economic zones,
• 600 million PLN grants and tax breaks.

Services offered

Financial consultancy

• analysis, financial forecasts and business plans,
• financial installations using different financial instruments,
• audits of companies with a view to obtaining external financing of the project, including projects using different public aid instruments,
• projects to optimise the collection of funds from various external sources,
• controlling external financing instruments of the company.

Clients often order us to be the manager of a project representing the company in relations with banks, various institutions and funds, including – as part of project management – to agree documentation, contract terms and negotiate with the funding institutions.

EU grants
We have been operating on EU grants since 2003. We only deal with so-called "hard grants", i.e. investment grants. We develop applications for the Operational Programme Innovative Economy (e.g. technological credit, programme for the implementation of the invention) and regional programs. A lot of experience allows us to engage in custom, innovative and complex projects. In parallel with the development of grant applications, we always offer programmes beneficiaries assistance in clearing grants.

• acquisition, merger and transformation of companies.

Special Economic Zones
We have been helping investors implementing projects in special economic zones since 2003. Among our customers were international companies from Germany, the USA, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Ireland and Japan, as well as Polish companies as large as from the SME sector (small and medium-sized enterprises). Our customers declared to carry out investments in zones worth over PLN 1.2 billion. We act as the project manager in tenders to obtain permission to operate in SEZs: we conduct legal consultations, tax consultations, prepare documentation for tender with business plan, organize project financing if necessary, monitor the course of investment. We have implemented almost thirty projects in this way.

It's a new business profile. We help foreign investors organize business in Poland. The range of services is very wide, from market analysis, e.g. search for real estate, assistance in contacts with offices and institutions, preparation of investment process, financing of projects, management of projects, obtaining public aid, etc.
