On 23 October 2012, a ceremony of symbolic laying of the foundation stone for the construction of the Lower Silesian Park of Innovation and Science with the Technical Park, Technical Incubator, Enterprise Incubator, Workshop Hall and Exhibition Salon was held on the site. The guests included representatives of local government, academic community of almost all public universities in Wrocław, management boards of other technology parks from the region, economic NGOs and companies cooperating with the Park. The ceremony was also attended by representatives of the Cluster of Innovative Technology Association in the Production of CINNOMATECH: President of the Association of Mrs Lilla Jaroń and Vice President of the Association Mr Franciszek Januszkiewicz.

The 2012 International Tech Industry Fair in Riga is the largest industrial trade fair in Latvia, covering industrial production, mechanical engineering, metalworking, automation, electronics and electrical engineering.

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Potsdam is currently preparing 16 editions of business meetings of GREEN VENTURES, which will take place from 28 to 30 January 2013 as an event accompanying TERRATEC and ENERTEC in Leipzig/Germany. The cooperative exchange, one of the largest events of its kind in Germany, is organised for companies in the environmental and energy sector, including companies dealing with, inter alia, water, air and soil protection, energy and construction, recycling and renewable materials and raw materials. Companies from the Gulf countries, Denmark, Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic, China, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Russia, and many other countries have already announced their participation. In 2013, the partners of the event are Gulf countries.

On 16-17 October 2012, a study visit of members of the Innovation Technology Cluster in Production in the Lubuskie Metal Cluster took place. Cooperation between clusters was first established during the implementation of the project “Development and promotion of the Cluster of Innovative Technologies in Manufacturing in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship”, for which the implementation of the funding was awarded in 2011 to the Lower Silesian Park of Innovation and Science S.A.

The purpose of the cluster visits was to obtain information for a report describing the cluster services – as a set of general and specialist competences and economic needs of members of the Innovation Technology Cluster Association in the production of CINNOMATECH

On 22 June 2012, the Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association of Innovative Technology Clusters in Manufacturing was held at the premises of the Wrocław University of Technology.

The ceremony of symbolically inserting the first shovel into the construction of the office building and modular hall of the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park was held on Wednesday – 11 July 2012, on a plot at Kwiatkowskiego Street in Wrocław. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Supervisory Board, Contract Engineer and General Contractor. The host was the board of DPIN composed of Professor Edward Chlebus – President of the Management Board, Lidia Ciesielska – Vice President of the Management Board and Lilla Jaroń – Vice President of the Management Board.
