Training for members of the Cinnomatech Cluster on cooperation and integration in the cluster

On 11 December 2012, as part of the project "Development of cooperation and increase of competences of the CNNOMATECH Cluster in order to strengthen the innovation of Lower Silesia", co-financed from the budget of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, training in cooperation and integration in the cluster took place. The training concerned the transmission of best practices in the field of cluster operation. The training also presented the principles of using the free capacity exchange platform and best practices in the operation of clusters. In the theoretical part, the following training programme was implemented:

1. Cluster management models, i.e. how to organise the cluster structure to effectively manage it and make decisions on contracts quickly and responsibly
2. Procedures necessary for effective cooperation. Distribution of profits, risks and responsibilities between the parties involved in cooperation projects
3. Methods for financing cluster activities in other countries and information channels for acquiring new counterparties/contracts/projects
4. The evolution of clusters towards forms based on high added value and innovation
5. Innovation – how to understand this term and improve the level of innovation in the enterprise and at the level of the cluster
6. IT tools supporting cluster activities, including the use of free capacity exchange platform and discussing its functionality.
7. The importance of rapid and secure communication in cooperation activities. Cooperation and roles of participants in project implementation

The training also organised two-hour workshops on:
• Communication, joint generation of solutions and trust
• Calculation of unused capacity of the company

The training was attended by 13 people, and the Lower Silesian Park of Innovation and Science S.A. as the organizer of the training gave members of the Cluster 9 certificates of de minimis aid.
