'Dig.IT Digital Transformation of Polish SMEs' is an instrument of the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) offering non-refundable grants for the implementation of specialized digital solutions in Polish production companies

Dig.IT for who?

Formicro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from all over Poland, from the industrial processing sector and production services which have closed at least 5 full financial years.

Dig.IT for what?

Grants will include the purchase of modern digital technologies (software), fixed assets (IT equipment) and training for employees.

Mandatory costs directory:

  • purchase and implementation of ready-to-use softwareand/or
  • purchase of commissioned software works to produce and implement dedicated software

Optional costs (complementary – up to 40% of the net costs of the project):

  • coststrainings on the operation of the implemented software
  • costsnecessary IT equipment(e.g. servers, computers, etc.)

What are the key requirements?

Required the limit of de minimis aid available.

Annual averagethe net revenue from sales over the last 3 years is higher than the value of the grant requested.

The digital transformation which is the subject of the project must concern:

  • production processor production servicesand/or
  • processes directly supporting them(production design and engineering work; storage; internal transport; quality control; packaging; sales; security)

  • Resource managemententerprises using IT solutions
  • Process Automationand business analyst
  • Digital salesand customer contact
  • Usecloud solutions
  • Useartificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Cybersecurity

What is the form and amount of funding?

Support under the frameworkde minimis aid in formnon-refundablegrants.

Intensity of support will beup to 50% of net costsinvestments.

Minimum grant value: PLN 150 thousand.

Maximum grant value (grants):849 thousand.PLN.
