Additive Manufacturing Meeting 2018 (AMM 2018)

28-29 June 2018 in Wrocław will be held the second edition of the Additive Manufacturing Meeting (AMM 2018). The main aspect of this event is the presentation of incremental technologies in the perspective of the challenges facing industry and medicine today.

The Center for Advanced Manufacturing Technology (CAMT-FPC) and the Mechanical Department of the Wrocław University of Technology invite you to participate in the second edition of the Additive Manufacturing Meeting
(AMM 2018) to be held in Wrocław on 28-29 June 2018.

The main objective of the meeting is to build a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience between research and industrial centres in the area of AM technology. The 2018 AMM seminar programme is aimed at persons and institutions who are interested in the development of incremental technologies. The main emphasis is on the technological and implementation aspect.

The seminar will present the possibilities of the application of incremental technologies, the so-called "3D printing", in industry (aircraft, automotive, medical, etc.) Excellent speakers will present wide possibilities for using incremental technologies based on their own experience. This year's seminar programme consists of 20 lectures in panel sessions. Keynote lectures will: Christophe Bertez, Air Liquide; Philip Oris, SLM Solutions and Michel Pereme, Simufact GmbH. Within the thematic sessions, representatives of: EOS, Lithoz, Materialscare, PZL Mielec and P&W Kalisz, Professor, TRUMPF, 3YOURMINDAnd many others. Workshops, special sessions (Interreg TRANS3net and Synergy project) and a visit to the CAMT-FPC laboratory were also planned for participants, as well as the possibility of establishing business contacts during the networking session.

This year's edition of AMM was covered by the Honorary Patronage of the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBIR).
