The training is conducted by Andrzej Włodkoszek, author of numerous valuations of the niches, including patents, R & D works, licences, trademarks and well-known Polish brands, as well as companies and their economic and financial analyses. He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, University of Warsaw and School of Business of Warsaw University of Technology - MBA course. He gained his professional experience in airlines, industry, foreign trade and banking [advisor of the Credit Department at BRE Bank SA]. Courts, prosecutors, law firms commission him independent reports on violations of rights and companies analyses and valuations requiring advanced knowledge.

It is a factual and practical analysis of economic and financial conditions for the transfer of know-how to business. Meritic issues are discussed by the prism of previously prepared examples and exercises. The analytical system used tells participants a certain procedure, which allows to analyse more cases even by people with weaker thematic proficiency.
