Free training with CNC machines and technical drawing-"Employable specialists"

The establishment that makes its training machines available has the opportunity to obtain a salary.

Each staff member qualified for the project will be subject to training in the field of work as a CNC Machine Operator, which includes theoretical and practical classes, together 184 hours per person.

theoretical classes are held in the form of lectures (40 lessons of 45 minutes) during which students will gain general knowledge of machining and cutting, used materials, methods and quality, as well as of Safety and Work Hygiene.

Practical activities take place in the form of 120 hours exercise and contain:
• a preliminary instruction,
• preparation of materials,
• design,
• selection of materials,
• Workout exercises.

In addition, there will be a course for reading the Technical drawing (theory – 24 lessons of 45 minutes), which will include the following subjects:
• technological and construction documentation,
• construction of technical drawings,
• principles of projection and dimensioning.

Courses end with an outside exam. Each employee with positive results will receive a certificate confirming the acquired qualifications.

The undertaking shall not make any payment for training. Training costs shall be accounted for on the basis of a statement of remuneration seconded to the training of staff members.
This means that at the end of the training, the company submits a statement (according to the formula set by the project promoter) confirming that the full cost of the employee's remuneration incurred by the employer (i.e. gross gross) during the period of employee participation at the course covers the cost of this course required as a private contribution of the company. For micro and small enterprises, the private contribution is 20% of the training costs and for medium-sized enterprises 30% of the training costs.
