Call for proposals for Action 1.4 Support for targeted projects, Innovative Economy Programme

Who can apply:
In the case of entrepreneurs who are natural persons, the place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland may apply for funding under recruitment.

For which funding can be received:
Under Action 1.4, the funding is intended for the implementation by entrepreneurs of targeted projects involving industrial research and development or development work.

The intensity of support for research and development shall not exceed:
1. for a micro entrepreneur or small entrepreneur:
– 70 % of eligible expenditure in the case of industrial research; and
– 45% of eligible expenditure, in the case of development work;
2. for medium-sized entrepreneurs:
– 60% of eligible expenditure in the case of industrial research, and
– 35% of eligible expenditure in the case of development work;
3. for entrepreneurs other than micro-entrepreneurs, small or medium-sized entrepreneurs:
– 50% of eligible expenditure in the case of industrial research, and
– 25% of eligible expenditure in the case of development work.

The minimum value of eligible expenditure of the co-financed project is PLN 1 million.
The maximum amount of support for industrial research and development work for one entrepreneur per project must be lower than the equivalent of PLN:
– EUR 10 million if the eligible costs of industrial research represent more than half of the total eligible costs of the project, or
– €7.5 million for other projects.
The maximum value of the targeted project (including the research part and the implementation part) shall not exceed EUR 50 million.
