On 22 June 2012, the Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association of Innovative Technology Clusters in Manufacturing was held at the premises of the Wrocław University of Technology. It was attended by twenty ordinary members – representatives of micro, small and medium-sized Lower Silesian and Wielkopolska companies.
The first resolutions were adopted during the meeting, including the number and composition of the Association's Management Board. A three-member board was established in the composition of the President of the Management Board - Mrs Lilla Jaroń, Vice President of the Management Board – Mr Jarosław Chrobot and Mr Franciszek Januszkiewicz.
In the Action Plan for Cluster Members, the new Management Board proposed:
1) two short trainings of 6h on "Narrow supply chain" and "Cooperative capabilities in cluster" (free)
2) comprehensive training 5x2 days from basic management areas
3) a 2 day visit to the Metal Cluster in Lubusek
4) the use of an extensive platform "Class Members' Production Capacity"
5) development of a "Business needs report of Cluster Members"
6) departure 2 people to the Stuttgart Fair
In the remainder of the assembly, the members of the Association made free applications for the operation of the cluster. Among other things, it was proposed to appoint an additional operating person, which would be responsible for direct contacts with the members of the association and companies that could potentially establish cooperation with the associated entities within the association. The decision was postponed until the Association's budget and the employment costs were established.
At the end of the General Meeting, the first meeting of the Management Board of the Association was held, which established, among others, the amount and conditions for paying membership contributions.
