In 2010, the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park implemented a project called "Development and promotion of the Innovation Technology Cluster in Production in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship“under the Programme of Cooperation of the Government of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship with NGOs and public benefit entities in Lower Silesia. The main objective of the project was to formally create and develop and promote the Cluster, and to establish new contacts with national and foreign partners.
How to join the Cluster!
An undertaking, institution or other entity with legal personality may be a member of the Innovation Technology Cluster in manufacturing.
Step 1
Recommendation
Ask two of our members for a written recommendation or report to the cluster coordinator and get his recommendation.
As part of the first step, the Candidate presents the profile of the company's activities and then discuss the joint objectives of the Candidate and Cluster.
Step 2
Declaration
Fill in the declaration and send it to us.
Within the second step, the candidate shall complete the Member's declaration and pay a fee in the form of a membership fee together with an entry fee.
Step 3
Decision
The Management Board of the Cluster shall decide whether to accept members.
As part of the third step, the Cluster Board shall decide whether to accept a candidate as a member of the Cluster. (In the case of a negative evaluation of the Management Board, the contribution and the entry fee are recoverable).
Member State contributions
The membership contribution depends on the size of the enterprise defined by the number of employees employed* and is:

* The size of employment in the company at the end of the last accounting period preceding the day of membership.
** The contributions are net amounts. Contributions may be made in a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual system. The payment system is decided by the Cluster Management Board.
Entry fee
The entry fee shall be 24 times the monthly fee and shall depend on the monthly contribution paid by the member.
